Into the Woods

The first of two final major projects. A film fully created by myself based on a fantasy story where a young boy finds himself fully engrossed in a book. So much so that he finds himself more into the book then he had first imagined. A woodland adventure with a twist.

Odradek

Since Green Bows, I had been working primarily in a group format, so I was pleased to have the chance to write and direct my own film. This was also the first chance I'd had to direct a team of animators. Odradek is influenced by the text "The Cares of a Family Man" by Franz Kafka. It is a story of a small creature who hoards and collects everyday objects, bringing them to life.

It's Nice That

Having worked on mainly stop motion I took a break to work on another group project for the film festival It's Nice That. This is a very mixed media project, containing 2D, 3D stop motion, CGI, digital editing and photography stills.

Incubo

A collaborative stop motion project based on the novel Snow Child. We re-edited the story to give it our own touch, whilst also making it alot darker. Very different from my last project.

Green Bows

One of my first completed stop motion films. A story about a clown doll who is put on the shelf and replaced by something new. Feeling unwanted, the clown expects to feel bitter towards it's replacement. However he finds himself with quite the opposite rection.
